To Whom This May Concern:
On or about 12/16/2011 around 1500 hrs I was coming back home to 240 East 400 North from picking my wife up from work. I was traveling south bound on 300 East in Logan, UT when I noticed an undercover police vehicle that had a pickup truck pulled over, after passing the incident slowly I noticed the undercover officer point to the local Logan police offer to take off and follow me. About a block away the local officer pulled me over and I gave him my vehicle insurance papers and he went back to his car. Afterwards he came back to my car with another officer who said he was with some drug task force and that I was under arrest for Possession of Marijuana in the amount of 1 ounce. I said that you must be mistaken officer and he told me to turn around and then I was placed in handcuffs. As I sat in the patrol car watching the task force officer brought a canine to search my vehicle, a 1988 Mazda 323 two door, and the canine went through the car and found nothing. My wife was given possession of our car and I was taken to Jail and booked in. My bail was set at $10,000. It is a week from one of the greatest holidays in history which is Christmas, and I just got railroaded by Logan’s Finest.
My request for your office is that I am a 1980’s veteran and I attend Utah State University at the present time studying to become an X-ray Tech and a minor in Aviation Mechanics. I am African American and I have been residing in this area for over 5 years now and I have no wrong involvement with the law here. Before I forget the young man that was pulled over by the undercover officer was bought to the jail a little while after I was booked in and he told me that “oh you are the guy that the officer told that other cop to go after and that the only reason the undercover officer did that was because I was a BLACK MAN”.
Gentlemen, with all due respect I am not racist and I see no color when it comes to people. I do not accept being treated as such. I put my behind on the line for this country not to be treated second handed. I had to post $1000 bond that I will not get back. This money was stolen from me gentlemen by a corrupt system. I cannot pin point it because the majority will always win. It has been proven. All I am asking of your agency is to investigate this matter for me because if we do not have just officers to call on who do we have. One bad apple can spoil the whole bunch and that means that you MUST get rid of that bad apple. I feel as if I almost know that I was racially profiled against and how do I get justice as so many other individuals who are experiencing the same injustices, this has to stop at once before it gets out of hand.
I will also be forwarding a copy of this letter to other agencies to take a look at and to our local media. This hurts a hard working family that supports the community. I look forward to hearing from you soon!!!

Happy Birthday Reverend Sharpton,
But you nor Jesse Jackson had done a damn thing to really fight for Civil Rights. Yea! you take on a few high profile cases here, and there, I guess is't so you could get more media exposure. You and Jesse seem more interested in stardom, than Civil Rights ! What happen to the Martin Luther Kings of this country? I guess there aren't anymore since his assasination in 1968! Another thing, is they need to shut down all these NAACP's, your rainbow coalition, and many other of these false agencies, who do nothing for civil rights, that just sit back and collect tax payers dollars, while the rest of us suffer!

Mr. Sharpton:

I greet you in the name of my lord and Savior Jesus Christ, who is the creator of humanity, Amen.

Sir you do not know me, however, I am a servant of the highest God. Sir, al I want to say unto you is this, “Whosoever therefore shall be ashamed of me and of my words in this adulterous and sinful generation; of him also shall the Son of man be ashamed, when he cometh in the glory of his Father with the holy angels” Mark 8:38

In addition, my Lord says to all of those that confess to His these words “For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, the just shall live by faith” Romans 1:16&17

Mr. Al Sharpton, you are not who you say that you are. You see sir; you have allowed stardom to be in control of your faith and the love you once had for Ya’hu-shu-a, Amen.

I say because Jehovah God told me to tell that He is very, very disappointed in you sir. You have eaten from the “forbidden tree” just like Adam did in the garden, Amen.

Mr. Sharpton, Jehovah God saw you on a TV movie on September 20TH, 2009 on channel 13; in which you had the opportunity to express how He feels about the subject of homosexuality and you “FAILED”, because you wanted to be politically correct, Amen.

What is wrong with you so call man of God; do you not understand who you are and to whom you belong, you made a vow to the living God, and now you have a little recognition and have now lose you place with Jehovah God, Amen.

Jehovah wants you to remember where He brought you from, when you were nothing. You are a disappointment to him amen; “And now, Israel, what doth the LORD thy God require of thee, but to fear the LORD thy God, to walk in all his ways, and to love him, and to serve the LORD thy God with all thy heart and with all thy soul,
To keep the commandments of the LORD, and his statutes, which I command thee this day for thy good?
Behold, the heaven and the heaven of heavens is the LORD'S thy God, the earth also, with all that therein is” Deuteronomy 10:12-14

Brother, I am just a servant of the “Most High God”, just as you suppose to be; however, you have left your first love and became the Prodigal Son of the Almighty God for this world system.

We should always remember what Jesus did for us, we are save from the destruction that will come on this world and the only help for all of humanity is Ya’hu-shu-a, Amen!

My brother were will you be found when this time will arrive and you will have to answer the living God when you stand before Him, Amen!

Jehovah God wants you to know that He loves you; very much and that it was he that places you in the position that you now holds in your life, Amen!
