I'm Too Sexy for Myself!
Bruce Willis is best known as the star in the Die Hard series.
Willis grew up in New Jersey, the eldest of four children and a stutter. He found it easy to express himself on stage and found himself interested in drama club. After high school, Willis became a blue-collar worker rather than pursuing a college education. He picked up a stint as a bodyguard for The Last Boy Scout, and remembered his passion for acting. He soon enrolled in the drama program at Montclair State University.
His first starring role was on the television series Moonlighting, which established him as a comedic actor. Following, the Die Hard series made him famous. Part of Willis' career during the 1980s consisted of a recording career; he recorded blues album, The Return of Bruno, which included the hit "Respect Yourself."
The 1999 film, The Sixth Sense earned him commercial and critical success.
Willis and Demi Moore married on November 21, 1987 to October 18, 2000. The couple had three children: Rumer GlennWilliss (1988), Scout LaRue Willis (1991), and Tallulah Belle Willis (1994). Willis and Moore are on friendly terms, and continue to share a home and several businesses, including a Mint Bar and The Liberty Theater in Hailey, Idaho. He is the co-founder of Planet Hollywood.
Willis was one of the few celebrities who publicly supported the Iraq War, and is considered one of Hollywood's most outspoken Republicans.
Willis is currently filming, Perfect Stranger, along side Halle Berry. He will also appear as an overweight farmer in a film version of Fast Food Nation. Willis relocated from Los Angeles to an apartment in the Trump Tower in New York City in 2006.
