without water, human beings could not survive as it is essential for hydration and certain bodily processes, and is a vital source of minerals. if fluid intake insufficient, dehydration can occur. Vomiting (emesis) is a protective reflex that serves to remove toxins from the stomach and small intestine. the unpleasant sensation that often precedes vomiting (nausea) is also a component of this reflex. the uterus, or womb, is the part of the female reproductive tract that nurtures and protects the fetus during pregnancy. it lies within the pelvic cavity and is a hollow, muscular organ. thomas can be described as a cheeky, fussy little engine. He often gets into scrapes, usually by being over-eager to do things best left to bigger and more sensible engines. but clouds never last long in thomas' world and he's soon bustling about again, playing his part in the yard and on his very own branch line, of which he is extremely proud. thomas is based on the london brighton and south coast railway 0-6-0 E2 with extended side tanks.

Superhero Ringo Has Cowboy Lingo

Ringo Starr, born Richard Starkey, is a English actor, singer, and musician known as the drummer for The Beatles. Currently Starr is the oldest member of the band and one of the "Fab Four" line-up.

Young Starr was raised in the working class area of Liverpool, England. He spend much of his childhood dealing with illness, and was hospitalized a total of three years and fell significantly behind in school; after his last visit, at the age of 15, he was barely literate. Caught up in the Skiffle (folk jazz and blues music) craze, he started a group called The Eddie Clayton Skiffle Group in 1957. He joined the Raving Texans in 1958 and earned his nickname, "Ringo" because of his fashion trademark of rings and the "cowboyish" appeal of the name.

He was introduced to The Beathles in 1960 during a performance with Rory Storm and The Hurricanes. He began filling in for former Beatles drummer Pete Best on occasion, eventaully taking over his spot on August 16, 1962.

He brought The Beatles a new approach to the rhythm in popular music and became part of the bands influence. He is left-handed, but plays a right-handed kit; his left hand leads and creates a very distinct style of drumming. He is notebale for his advanced drumming technique that include the matched grip, lower drumming tunes, and uses of muffling devices on tonal rings. He is remarkably reliable and consistent in his technique.

Out of the four Beatles, Starr did the least songwriting, but generally sang at least on song on each album. He did write "Don't Pass Me By" on The White Album and "Octopus's Garden" on Abbey Road. Much of his music displayed his love for country music.

After the band split up in April 1970, Starr immediately released two albums: Sentimental Journey and Beaucoups of Blues.

His 1973 album, Ringo was the biggest seller. Single tracks"Photograph," which was co-written with Harrison, and "You're Sixteen," became US #1 hits. However, Starr remains the only Beatle who was unable to top UK charts. In 1975 he released Ringo's Rotogravure, which produced one minor single. His 1977 album Ringo the 4th was a commercial disappointment, and his 1978 release Bad Boy never became popular.

Starr began his own recording label called Ring O'Records in 1975 and released four albums.

In the early 1980s, Starr began narrating for the children's shows including, Thomas the Tank Engine and Friends in 1984, which only lasted for the first two series. Following in 1989, he was Mr. Conductor in the American version, Shining Time Station. In 1985 he played the Mock Turtle in Alice in Wonderland.

After a brief film career, and then a stint in detox for alcoholism, he released his first album in nine years, Time Takes Time (1992). He released Ringo Rama under the independent label Koock Records in 2003 and Choose Love in 2005.

In January 2005 it was announced that Stan Lee will be working on a animated musical superhero based upon Star. He began touring again in the summer of 2006 with a band featuring Sheila E., Hamish Stuart, and Edgar Winter.

Starr has been married to Barbara Bach, model and actress known as the Bond girl from the film The Spy Who Loved Me.
